If you’re like me, you may have recently noticed a new font on Discord called “GG Sans”. This font is actually a fan-made recreation of the old Discord font, and while it’s not a bad looking font, some people may prefer the old one. Here’s how to remove GG Sans and revert back to the old Discord font:

1. Open your User Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom right corner of your Discord client.

2. On the User Settings page, click on the “Appearance” tab.

3. In the “Theme” dropdown, select “System Default”. This will revert your Discord client to using your system’s default fonts.

That’s all there is to it! If you want to use GG Sans again in the future, you can simply follow these same instructions and select “GG Sans” in the Theme dropdown.

  • Open File Explorer on your Windows pc and Navigate to the following section.

  • Now Press CTRL + SHIFT + I to open inspector in Discord.
  • Now in the Inspector, you will see the below-given lines.
"gg sans","Noto Sans","Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif
  • Now Simply change gg sans to any of the pre-installed fonts on your device.
  • That’s it ! Now simply Save and relaunch Discord.
  • This method can be used at any time to change fonts.

How to revert to the old font

If you’re not a fan of the new Discord GG Sans font, there’s an easy way to revert back to the old one. Here’s how:

1. Open Discord and click on the Settings cog in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
