Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra might come with a Display that Support 120Hz at QHD+ Resoultion

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra: Samsung is gearing up to launch its flagships in April 2024. This year the South Korean giants flagships were a hit around the globe. The company takes its S-series and the Note-series very seriously and the upcoming flagships are touted to be the Samsung Galaxy S21 series will have three smartphones amongst them. Now, according to recent reports, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is tipped to sport a 120Hz display refresh rate even at QHD+ resolution.

It is worth noting that Galaxy S21 Ultra is still a tentative device, and there no real-world leak or image too. Now, this tip comes from Samsung Insider via SamMobile who says that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a display with up to 2K resolution and for the unaware 2K is between 1080P and 4K.

Now depending on the size of the display panel it can be up to 1440 x 3088 pixels and the tweet also mentions 2K + 120 Hz. Now this could mean that the display will support 120 Hz display at 2K resolution. Now, if this turn out to be true, it will be the first of its kind for a Samsung device.

Galaxy S21 Ultra is an upcoming device. The device might feature a 6.8-inch dynamic AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels. Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a display with up to 2K resolution and for the unaware 2K is between 1080P and 4K.

Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 875. The device comes with 8 GB of RAM and is coupled with 256 GB of onboard storage. As for the optics, we can expect a 108 MP sensor with 40 MP front facing camera. The battery here must be around 5000 mAh with 60W charging speeds and all this is grounded on Android 11 and comes with latest One UI. The device is expected to launch on January 14.
