Ever since the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro are launched in India, there are quite a lot of leaks and speculations around the Redmi K30 and Redmi K30 Pro. As you might have already know, the Redmi K30 and Redmi K30 5G were launched in China around a month ago. Now, the Redmi K30 5G was spotted on BIS certification site.
Even after almost a month, Xiaomi did not confirm the availability of Redmi K30 outside Chinese market. But according to the BIS, the launch of the K30 in India is just around the corner. The phone passed through BIS certification site with the model number M2001G7AI. The model number mentioned here is the model number of the 5G variant of Redmi K30. Considering all this, may be Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G will be the first phone with 5G support in India.

Redmi K30 5G Specifications and Features
The Redmi K30 5G sports a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The pixel density here is 395 PPI. The aspect ratio of the device is 20:9 and is almost bezel-less with an 84.83% screen-to-body ratio, thanks to the punch-hole notch. The device weighs in about 208 grams.
Underneath the hood, the device is grounded on a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765g processor. Adreno 620 handles the gaming duties here. The Adreno 620 can perform any tasks you put against it and achieves to deliver outstanding frame rates while gaming. The phone is made available in 4GB RAM and 64GB storage and also available in 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variants.
As for the optics, there are four cameras on the back of device. The primary sensor is 64 megapixel unit with f/1.8 aperture. The secondary is an 8 MP telephoto sensor with 2X optical zoom. There is also a territory 5 MP unit here, which is fundamentally a depth-sensing unit. There is also upkeep for Phase detection autofocus, Exposure Compensation, and ISO control. A front-facing camera is a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. The inbuilt brand-named camera application is pre-loaded with a surplus of options.
There is also support for full-fledged manual camera mode. The device runs Android 10 out of the box with MIUI skin on top. MIUI is a feature rich user interface. All this is backed by a whopping 4500 mAh battery.
